1. Services Provided
Thai Talk Now offers private online Thai language tutoring delivered by native Thai tutors via live video calls. Lessons are purchased in packages and scheduled by the student through our booking system.

2. Lesson Packages & Bookings
Lessons are sold in packages (e.g., 5, 10, or 20 lessons).
After purchase, you’ll receive a link to schedule your sessions at times that suit you.
All sessions are conducted online via video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked lesson up to 24 hours before the session.
Missed lessons without prior notice will be considered completed and not refundable.
In case of tutor illness or technical issues, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Refunds & Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Prices are displayed in local currencies through adaptive pricing but charged in accordance with Stripe’s supported payment methods.

5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate personal information when booking.
Have the necessary equipment and internet connection for online lessons.
Use the lessons for personal educational purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, lesson content, and branding of Thai Talk Now remain our property. You may not copy, distribute, or resell them without permission.

Thai Talk Now is not responsible for:
Internet issues or technical problems on the student’s side.
Any outcomes outside the tutoring relationship (e.g., visa applications, exam results).
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for unused lessons.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse our services, or engage in inappropriate behavior toward tutors.
